Describe your typical morning routine(breifly).

Last Month:

• Gear night
• Discussion night: selfcare with Justin and Ryan
• Grand Investigatin
• Met in Park for socials

New Business:

• New manager of Anvil: Tim
• Motion from Rocko: Small plaque for Lon from the boys up to 50$ and take donations fof a gift card for a night out:

Meeting in Person:

• The Grand mostly empty except for us and maybe 5 other people, Thursday’s don’t often pick up if they do at all till 9
• Mars: if I can’t trust my brother to follow the guidelines we have already set then I can’t trust new guidelines
• Kenneth: We don’t need to stay in meet without masks or don’t meet at all
• Nichole: likes having discussions and meeting via Zoom
• TK: Is not comfortable meeting in person and agrees with Mars
• James: doesn’t mind continuing to wear masks
• TK: could not go if people are unmasked might come if everyone is masked
• Kenneth: if someone if breaking the rules why has this not been brought to the board and dealt with
• Mars: people’s mask wearing less of an issue, people were invited to amp island and we don’t know who invited people
• Jim: don’t remember no one wearing mask
• Justin: it’s an important reminder that we have agreements to keep each other safe and comfortable
• Mars: see something say something is a really scary thing to actually do
• Selina: Agrees with Mars and has observed lapses
• Peter: I’m ready to meat at the Grand with keeping the masks and asking people to eat by stopping away
• TK: not 100 with the Grand, can barley think of going to the park 
• Bob: agrees with Peter but enjoys the park because it’s outside
• Patrick: is leaning more to the Grand because air conditioned and restroom with wearing masks
• Patrick Doyle: agrees with Patrick and doesn’t like how exposed the park is
• Mohawk: do we want to continue to not invite people if we start going to the Grand
• Rocko: the Grand is easier to control especially if we are limiting the guest limit, comfortable with calling it a masked event
• Mars: not a problem with solutions but, 1 would enjoy keeping an online option for TK and others who don’t feel comfortable coming out, 2 setting guidelines that are reasonable
• TK: would enjoy at least keeping Business and discussion nights meeting online
• Patrick: good with going to the Grand for social and zoom for business and discussion nights and open it to inviting new people as long as they are masked
• Justin: go back to the Grand masked, open to any one who wants to attend as long as follow rules, eat and drink separately
• Peter motion: next week meet at the Grand with masks, if we eat food do it separately and drink beverages:

Boy run:

• Do we want to do boy run, when
• Weren’t we going to ask the clubs if they are even interested
• How many people often volunteer at pride as well
• Do we want to just do this next year instead of trying to do one this year
• Next year is our 20th anniversary
• Maybe still invite boy groups for pride
